Don’t misunderstand us. We’re actually uncomplicated, really, are always happy to help and we talk like normal people. When we get down to business however, we can be probing and critical.
Maybe this is why a Director of Marketing with whom we have been working for many years warned his colleagues “Don’t be surprised: when you send in a request you’ll get a ton of questions back, but always totally justified.”
And of course we take that as a compliment, because one needs to be able to identify the relevant details, and understand the client to deliver a winning case.
